Hey I’m Sim. You already know I’m having fun plastering my website with creepy images of monsters and dice. Here’s a few other things about me: I’m in my 30s, love horror movies (mainly psychological, gore, comedy and found footage), I’m a sucker for everything make-money-online, and I love gambling both without and with an edge (poker and card counting).
“Burning the dice” refers to the manipulation of the dice, most commonly by rubbing them repeatedly against the felt, in an attempt to influence the rolls and gain an edge on the casino.
Trying to make money online
In my early 20s I was desperate to find ways to earn a living from home. MLM, taking surveys, watching ads, reselling websites, SEO, affiliate marketing, GPT sites, you name it. I’ve tried them all.
At some point I had went through so many different sites, courses and Ebooks I thought: why not make a site to share my journey; the good and the bad. There are so many scams, so many promises, so many gurus, it’s hard for a newcomer to find his way through all the crap.
ScamsKitchen was my first site:

I loved the logo. What do you think, not bad uh?
The site has had moderate success, enough to pay for a roof and food for a while. But the time I was putting in wasn’t proportionate to what it was giving back. I eventually decided to let it die, around the same time Covid hit. In retrospect I should’ve tried to sell it. Oh well.
Make it as a professional gambler
I’ve always enjoyed the occasional bet and, after giving up on my make-money-online website, decided to give poker a shot during Covid. I played full time for about a year and ended up breaking even at low-stakes.
Results weren’t satisfying enough and I gave up on the poker dream. At least until I decide I really want to take it to the next level and put the time in. I still love the game, just not currently trying to make a living out of it, you know.
In 2022-23 I found card counting and fell in love with it right away. I started studying Hi-Lo like most people but rapidly ended up buying the CVCX/CVBlackjack software and started learning Hi-Opt II ASC. I developed my strategy, practiced every day for about a year and started hitting my local casinos.

I’m up a little over 30K in the last couple years, doing it part-time. My goal is to build a large enough bankroll to be able to travel and live off of card counting.
My favorite online casino
Even though I want to do it professionally, gambling as entertainment is still a big part of my life. I know I shouldn’t, but I enjoy gambling. And I still try to find ways to connect both.
I love trying to beat the casinos at their own game.
That’s what I had in mind when I first signed-up to Stake. I had a plan to abuse their reward system. They have more bonuses and promotions in place than any other online casinos so I thought that there would have to be an ”easy” way to profit from that.

Turns out, all I had to do was to take advantage of their VIP ranking system. I wagered A LOT using dice strategies and would martingale my way out of the small losses. Stake gives you a cash bonus every time you reach a higher VIP rank, so as long as you find a way (and/or get lucky) to keep your losses at a minimum, you can be profitable.
Add to that their daily, weekly, monthly, pre-monthly, post-monthly, holidays and birthday bonuses based on how much you wager and voilà.
I have over 5,000,000$ wagered on Stake and lucky-me, turned a profit of over 8000$ in the process.
I’ve went up all the way to Platinum V like that with over 40,000$ earned in bonuses.
I recently decided to make the switch to Winna
Winna is a new casino that brings an interesting twist on the ”welcome bonus” for new users.
They offer what they call a VIP Status Match. Basically, they ask you to send your stats or proofs of your gambling activities on another casino and they’ll match your progress.

They matched my status from Stake, moved me to Diamond 2 and instantly gave me access to all their VIP features. And also to that 18,000$ bonus if I wager enough.
It looks like Winna took a lot of their inspiration from Stake, from their layout to their “original games” and even the bonuses. I think for a while I’ll be focusing on betting and trying to turn a profit on Winna, let’s see how that goes.
If you want to give Winna a shot, you can use my referral link and code “burningthedice“.
I don’t earn any money on what you lose, only flat bonuses when people level up their VIP status. So let’s help each other make as much money as we can.
About this website
Just like with my old website ScamsKitchen, I want to share with you what works for me and what doesn’t, what I’m having fun with lately or what website scammed me.
I’m just here trying out a bunch of casinos and make-money-online apps. If I can make a bit of money in the process by referring people to the sites I love, why not right?
You can get in touch with me at sim@onehourhustler.com or on Telegram @xTQT1.
Cheers!
